Who are we?
XR Training is a work-based learning training provider, delivering apprenticeship programmes and funded training across South Wales. We were founded in 1992 in conjunction with a major motor vehicle manufacturer with the aim of assisting them in achieving their strategic goals.
From our base in Pyle and for the last thirty years we have offered apprenticeship training in a wide variety of engineering and business sectors:
- Electrical engineering
- Electronic engineering
- Electrotechnical
- Welding and fabrication
- Light motor vehicle maintenance & repair
- Engineering manufacture
- Performing engineering operations
- Leadership & management
- Business improvement techniques
As well as bespoke training programmes for client companies and individuals.
We are proud to be an accredited and approved training centre working to EAL, City and Guilds and BIIAB standards.

We are dedicated to delivering educational learning programmes and services that will
meet the needs of the people we train and the companies we support. We are committed
